We are a well established dental office in Flower Mound, we love to have fun at work and take amazing care of our patients.

We work M-Th 8am-5pm with an administrative Friday (flexible hrs).
This position will be responsible for ensuring that patients insurance questions & needs are met while we do our very best to correctly estimate insurance benefits and process for accurate payment.
This is a crucial role in maintaining strong business relationships, ensuring proper billing & financial transparency for our patients.
Essential Duties Document basic insurance information in the patient's file for quick reference Process and submit insurance claims daily Monitor and follow-up on outstanding claims Follow through with correspondence regarding collections when unable to contact the patient on the telephone Send information as requested by insurance companies such as x-rays, charting, narratives and other documentation for processing the claim when applicable Correspond with insurance companies to resolve payment delays, requests for additional information, or to discuss denied treatment coverage Handle all inquiries concerning insurance daily Experience with Open Dental practice management software Job Type:
