We are based in Flower Mound, TX and have recently expanded out into the DFW area.
We are now servicing McKinney to Keller and all the areas in between.
We are a growing company with a vision! About this position We are seeking a motivated person to work and help our company expand and grow.
Looking for a responsible, friendly, and dependable person who has experience with pool equipment installation & repairs.
Year-round work.
Hence, this position requires the associate to have a high degree of stamina for physical labor, with the ability to work in high degrees of heat and adverse weather conditions.
Someone who is available to answer questions and can lead a team of 5-8 maintenance techs in the future Can work full-time on 1099 Job Duties Pump and motor repairs & installations Pool plumbing repairs Filter Cleans Automation installation and diagnosis Electrical repairs and troubleshooting pool lights, timers and automation Troubleshooting pool circulation.
Heater installation and troubleshooting Occasional pool cleaning and chemical maintenance to cover for other technicians during unplanned leaves.
Qualifications / Expectations Must be authorized to work in the U.
S.
Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check Working knowledge of general plumbing and/or electrical Swimming pool water chemistry maintenance experience is a plus.
Otherwise, the tech can go through a short training by an experienced tech.
The experienced techs will be available to answer any questions if required while on the field.
Leak detection, including pressure testing pool plumbing is a plus.
Working hours are Mon-Fri from 7:
45 - 5:
00 pm on weekdays.
Saturdays as needed during peak season.
Positive Attitude! Certifications Residential Appliance Installer License (RAIL) is required Benefits We pay at or above industry standards.
