Through our legal services we assist our clients in their family legal matters, such as divorce, child custody, adoptions, etc.
Seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Legal Assistant / Receptionist which performs moderately complex technical and administrative support to two attorneys and other staff.
Looking for a candidate who works well under general supervision with considerable latitude for initiative and independent judgment.
This position is the first line of contact with existing and potential clients, so the candidate should be professional, courteous, engaging, friendly and organized with the ability and willingness to communicate with different personalities.
Qualifications:
Legal experience is preferred, but not necessary.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
This position is a full-time position but is flexible depending on one's situation.
This position would require you to be in person at our office located in Flower Mound with the ability to sometimes work remotely, but not primarily.
