We are seeking a full time manager to manage the property, lease office space and provide outstanding customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Respond to email and phone call leads Answer multi-line phone system Generate marketing plans and execute strategies to meet occupancy standards Provide excellent customer service to current and potential tenants Send out and follow up on all lease renewal requests Tracks performance goals for leasing activity Interacts regularly with tenants to ensure that objectives are being met, anticipates and responds to client's needs Conduct regular property inspections to ensure accordance with policy and procedures including safety requirements, cleanliness and general appearance Monitors the billing and collection of monthly invoicing for tenants Job Type:
