As a Lease Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of lease administration, including lease preparation, renewals, and terminations, as well as ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and process lease agreements, amendments, and other related documents Review lease agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures Manage lease renewals and terminations, including negotiating lease terms with tenants Maintain accurate records of lease agreements and related documents Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns related to lease agreements Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to lease administration Develop and maintain relationships with tenants, landlords, and vendors Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in lease administration or related field Strong knowledge of lease administration laws and regulations
