They effectively collect, maintain, and manage information and may provide clerical, business, billing, financial, operational, and facility support.
The Receptionist may assist with meeting coordination, supply orders, collateral, non-routine correspondence, assembling highly confidential and sensitive information, and special projects.
They work with a diverse group of internal and external contacts across all levels of the organization.
Self-motivated, independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a dynamic and diversified workload.

Welcome visitors, determine purpose of visit, connect them to the appropriate person, escort them to specific destinations, and follow up on any tasks or inquiries.
Manage multi-line phone to screen or forward calls, provide information to callers, transfer calls to appropriate individuals, take messages, and make follow up calls.
Provide services to customers, resolve complaints, and provide information about our companies.
Manage an organized and aesthetically pleasing entry, front desk, and reception area.
Perform duties such as taking care of plants or straightening magazines to maintain shared spaces.
Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail or other materials and answer routine letters.
Collect, sort, distribute, and prepare mail, packages, and deliveries.
Operate office equipment, such as scanners, copiers, and printers, and arrange for repairs when equipment malfunctions.
Assist staff with equipment usage and learn to operate new office technologies as they are developed.
Use IT equipment for various applications.
Operate programs and systems and coordinate the flow of information, internally or with other organizations.
Maintain, order, and dispense office and breakroom supplies.
Schedule and confirm appointments, maintain room schedules and calendars, coordinate meetings, schedule for special projects, and prepare attendee materials.
Keep records of collections and disbursements, receive payments and record.
Complete necessary tasks at the bank, including traveling to and from physical locations.

Qualifications To perform the job successfully, an individual should have the following
Qualifications:
Education & Experience - High School diploma/GED and 3
years clerical work, related experience, or a combination of education and experience.
