com As our Meetings and Events Associate for our Flower Mound, TX site, you will help create best-in-class experiences for internal groups by coordinating key meeting services and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll do:
Responsible for coordinating and planning internal meetings and events at the Flower Mound, TX site.
Responsible for communication, scheduling, utilization, and guidelines of use for all conference rooms, commons areas and outdoor spaces.
Support the facility tour process including scheduling and booking.
Develop key materials to support meeting planning process and tracking.
What you need Bachelor's degree required Degree in event planning, marketing, communications, or related field preferred Previous meeting and event coordination experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively About Stryker Our
