This position provides clerical and logistic support to the service center. Process service orders, maintain parts and logistic files, answer all incoming phone calls, generate and forward service center reports, interface with suppliers and maintain office files. Interface with all levels of management, team members, internal and external customers. Provide technicians with required parts. The person will also process incoming freight and part shipments and follow-up on delayed parts shipments. He/she will interact with vendors to order and return parts and process parts back to vendors. Perform cycle counts of inventory and assist with the distribution of new merchandise inventory.
Requirements
The person requires having previous work experience in office environment. Must be self-starter and dependable. Computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel etc.), excellent phone and interpersonal skills required. He/she has to be detail-oriented and organized. The candidate should also have decision making, problem solving ability and must be able to multi-task in a very fast paced environment. Previous data entry experience is desired.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
